We have a rule in this house called the false hope rule. This rule states that if you are eating something and there is not enough left for an other person you through it away or finish it off. Also you are never to put something away that is empty. I came up with this rule after growing up with three brothers. I can't tell you the amount of times I would look forward to a bowl of cereal only to grab the box to find out that it was empty, there for creating false hope. I mean seriously why can't they just through it away. That leads me to this morning. I walk in to my kitchen for breakfast and go to make a bagel. I reach for the cream cheese container, and its empty....grrrr. Ok fine I wasn't to mad I'll just have a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats, I grab for the box...it's empty too....are you kidding me! Lets just say a phone call was made...I yelled........the rule was reviewed and promises were made.....It must be a guy thing!

omg, val you're so funny. i think i need to implement this rule into our household. it drives me up the wall when my significant other does this...grrr is right!!
That is sooo funny! I think it is totally a guy thing. OR worse it's empty and then it is just left sitting on the counter NEXT to the garbage! UGH! BOYS!!! PS--looks like you guys had a lot of fun on the 4th!
That is funny! I would have given an earfull on that phone call. Sometimes something like that is just enough to completely tick me off!
